How do I make a booking for Tours, Hotels, Activities and Bus Tickets?

You will receive an invoice letter with payment link after submitting your order. We will send you another email with booking code and booking details after your payment is successful.

What do I need to bring to check in Hotels?

You need to provide our complete booking voucher at the hotel along with your Passport to verify that you are the right visitor.

How do I get my Boarding Pass?

You will receive e-ticket sent from our website right after your payment is successful. You can get your Boarding pass at the airport counter on your travel date by showing your e-ticket and passport one hour before your flight time.

How do I get my Bus Ticket?

You will receive e-ticket sent from our website right after your payment is successful. You need to provide your e-ticket at the Bus Terminal on your travel date 30 mins before your departure time.

How do I cancel or modify a reservation after I book?

As we are bound by the strict policies of the hotels, flights, cruises, rentals and other local suppliers. Any penalties by these parties will be passed on to you directly if you request for a booking to be cancelled or modify.  We agree to advise the applicable cancellation charges and wait for your consent before proceeding.

What should I do if lost my Internet connection while making payment?

You should see an email informing you that your booking was completed if your payment was successful. If you did not receive that email within 24 hours then your payment was not successful. You need to start over again.

How do I change or cancel my flight reservation?
